Aluminium screen suppresses the rise of the internal temperature and geothermal heat of the greenhouse due to sunlight in summer by reflecting the sunlight using aluminium screen, and therefore it keeps a suitable temperature for growth of crops and prevents them from sunburn.

At night or in winter, it keeps the proper indoor temperature by blocking the emission of internal heat. The thermal insulation rate is little bit lower than that of a multi-layer thermal insulation curtain, but the fabric itself is light and also offers shades in summer.

In Korea, KOLAS gives certificates to products only with a thermal insulation rate of 40% or higher, and all manufacturers are required to obtain the certificate.

There are AL 55％, AL 75％, AL 85％, AL 95％, and AL 100％ for aluminium screen.
